Mr. Jugal Kataria, Chief Financial Officer :
Mr. Jugal is a graduate of Shree Ram College of Commerce and is a Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 20 years relevant experience. He has participated in an ‘Internal Auditors Training Course’ for ISO 9000 and HBS Accion Program on Strategic Leadership for Microfinance. Jugal worked with Apollo Tyres Limited and Berger Paints (India) Limited before joining Satin in 2000.
Mr. Vivek Tiwari, Head of Rural Operations :
Mr. Vivek holds a postgraduate degree in Rural Development and Management from the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad University. He has more than 10 years of experience in Microfinance and Development Sector. Before joining Satin, he worked with Gujarat based Vardan Microfinance where he initiated operations based on the Grameen Model, trained field staff and developed middle level management. He has also worked with Cashpor Micro Credit and some Projects supported by UNICEF and NABARD. Apart from this, he had also played vital role in accelerating the SHG Movement in several parts of U.P.
Mr. Kuldeep Singh Yadav, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer :
Mr. Kuldeep is a graduate from Zakir Hussain College and holds a Company Secretary and Law degree. He worked with Monnet Group of Companies and Sperry Plast Limited before joining Satin in 2007. He has over 7.8 years of secretarial, legal and financial experience.
Mr.Shirish Chandra Panda, Vice President – Operations :
Mr. Shirish has received PGPRM from Institute of Rural Management, Anand(IRMA) with specialization in Agribusiness Management, Marketing & Micro- finance. He has worked with Basix, Reliance Retails Ltd., IFMR & Akshaya Microfinance at different levels. Before joining Satin in June, 2010 he was Head of Operations in Akshaya Microfinance.
Mr.Ajay Sharma, Asst. Vice President - HR & Training :
Mr. Ajay is a graduate of Delhi University and Master in Personnel Management from University of Pune. He also attended MDP on leadership development, Business Communication from IIM Indore. He has worked with RPG Telecom & Eureka Forbes. Before joining Satin in August, 2010 he had over 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management.

Four months ago, Jamila took a Rs. 10,000 loan from Satin to set up a small embroidery production unit in her town of Loni. She used the loan to purchase 3 sewing machines and some raw materials for the production, which her husband now runs.
